If u like nature so much, what's your stance on cannabis?
Where marijuana might not be for everyone, I do enjoy it. It has an extremely bad reputation, but compared with other drugs, it is the least dangerous (of course, you have to worry about the behaviors of some individuals while high, but the drug itself is one of the safest therapeutic substances known to man.) There is minimal toxicity, no risk of lethal overdose, and addiction is extremely uncommon. It also has several healing properties (hence medical marijuana), making it a useful treatment for a variety of illnesses. As a person who suffers from frequent migraines, I can tell you that marijuana is a very useful and effective pain reliever.
Marijuana has agents that calm the nervous system and relax the muscles in the body, allowing those who suffer with digestion problems, chronic pain, nausea from chemotherapy or other conditions to feel well enough to be able to move with less pain and eat. It works to calm anger issues and stress as well as helping those with insomnia to sleep.
I also think it is one of the most natural substances. Depending on how pure it is (if it’s laced with weird things, etc.) it holds minimal chemical agents. It can be grown organically, so that leads me to believe that the only real difference is that we have the knowledge and the equipment to grow the plants to their full potential. There is no further work needed to make weed ready to use. Just grow it, dry it, smoke it. It really doesn’t get much more natural than that.
Sorry for the mild rant, but this was a good question!
